Shipping & Returns
Thank you for visiting and shopping at Healthy Everyday Pets. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping and Returns Policy. If you have another question simply contact us online.
Shipment processing time
All orders are shipped within 7 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. Note: RAW Patties will be delivered separately to the rest of your order.
Shipping rates & delivery estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
- AustPost – Up to 7 business days $9.95 for Metro area and Calculated Shipping for outer Metro
- Raw Food Delivery (Sydney Metro ONLY) – $15
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
International Shipping Policy
We currently do not ship outside Australia.
Do I need to sign for my delivery?
No. All our deliveries will not need a signature upon delivery.

You have 7 days to return an item from the date you received it excluding Frozen Raw Patties which are non-refundable due to strict health policies.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging and your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.
A full refund including shipping will be available in the case of major faults/defects when you receive your order.
You will receive the credit within 5-7 business days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
We cannot offer refunds or exchanges on food, treats or any edible items that are opened due to strict health policies. Please make your selections carefully, and double check your order before submitting.
