Where do you source the ingredients from?

All of our meat and vegetables are sourced from local, Australian farmers.

We’re proud to support local Australian businesses and know exactly where our raw ingredients come from.

What do you mean by complete and balanced food?

Complete and balanced means that all the nutrients that your dog needs are provided in the food. We have included all the required macronutrients such as protein, fats and all the essential minerals and vitamins. Healthy Everyday Pets follows the AAFCO nutritional standards. Our foods are formulated to be complete and balanced for all life stages, including puppies, kittens, adults and seniors. Because we prepare our food fresh with whole food ingredients, we don’t need to add any artificial “Vitamins & Minerals” that you may see on other pet food labels.

How do I transition my dog onto Healthy Everyday Pets?

All our products have step-by-step instructions on how to correctly transition your dog or cat to every Healthy Everyday Pets products. The process generally takes about two weeks and involves mixing your previous food with Healthy Everyday Pets.

What if my dog doesn’t like the food?

In our experience, following the recommended transition guide even the pickiest of eaters go crazy for our food.

Where do you deliver?

We deliver Australia-wide except for our Raw Food that is only available for delivery to Sydney’s Metropolitan area.

When do you deliver?

Your shipment will generally take between 5-7 business days of placing your order. When you subscribe to automatic delivery, you can choose your delivery frequency. You’ll always be able to see your next scheduled delivery through your Healthy Everyday Pets account.

Do I have to be home when it’s delivered?

No, you can provide us with delivery instructions when you place your order.

When will I be charged?

The exact dates of your upcoming charge and shipment can be viewed when you log in to your Healthy Everyday Pets account. We accept AMEX, Visa and MasterCard debit and credits card and PayPal which are processed automatically for each delivery.

Is there a minimum subscription time required?

No there is not, you can pause or cancel your subscription at any time. Simply log in to your Healthy Everyday Pets account and update your details. Please ensure that you do make the changes 24 hours prior to your next shipment being processed.
